The project team identified noise concerns and specified night work, even though the immediate work area was unoccupied. These conditions affected the planned crew approach and the time needed to execute the scope. A simple assumption of open overhead access would not have reflected the site.

Delta performed a walk-through and recorded a practical set of access questions and responses. The resulting plan identified Baker scaffolding, plastic protection for conduit and night work. It also established that the work was confined to the crawl space and that the contractor would assign parking. The review translated site conditions into the means and coordination needed for the repair package.

The estimator discussed the site with the Delta superintendent who had performed the earlier pharmacy project. Photographs accompanied the review and helped explain the degree of difficulty. Joeris was identified for parking coordination, and the same site superintendent was involved. This continuity connected lessons from the first project with the access requirements of the additional carousel scope.
