Many parking garages in the United States are in need of major repair and renovation due to corrosion and long lifespan. Delta partners with firms that provide ground penetrating radar scanning to see the reinforcement below the surface of the existing concrete beams, slabs, walls, and columns. We also partner with structural engineering firms to determine the capacity loss or additional capacity requirements for change of use. Delta provides a repair plan for the owner with all the above listed information and executes the repair construction consisting of concrete repair, crack injection, frp carbon or e-glass wrap to enhance the capacity of the structure, and coat with a uv resistant top coating. In some cases, fire proofing is also required and provided.
