Delta completed the bottom of slab repairs within an existing retail location inside the Mall. Removal of deteriorated concrete, application of bonding agents and corrosion inhibitors, followed by vertical overhead high strength repair mortars.
Miller Coors Elevated Slab Strengthening Texas Operations

Delta provided turn key design build solution to increased dead loads due to installation of new production equipment within Miller Coors Fort Worth operations. Installed Carbon Fiber strips to the bottom and top of slab for the newly loaded slab sections. Also installed FRP strips around future locations of slab penetrations for pipe chases and new drain locations.
Port Canaveral Dock Strengthening Florida

Delta provided turn key design build FRP strengthening of dock beam supports over the water. Solution to increase live and dead loads for new cruise line docking systems.
Cargill Meat Solutions Texas

Delta provided turn key design build solution for extensive deteriorated concrete issues on the underside of the main production floor. Delta implemented a plan to remove spalling concrete, determine the extent of corrosion to existing rebar, and supplementing the mild steel lost with FRP for shear and flexural enhancement. Was able to work weekends only for a 4 month span to prevent any shutdowns to operations while the repairs were completed.
Texarkana High School Football Stadium Arkansas

Delta completed the structural repairs to concrete joist and raker beams. Installed 45,000 square feet of traffic coating to existing bleachers and pedestrian ramps.
Xcel Energy Texas

Delta completed the design build repairs of a precast double T panel system. The panels made up the walls of pump station #1. Post tension cables were supplemented due to complete lost from corrosion. Carbon fiber systems were used to strengthen the stems after concrete repairs were completed using bonding agents and high strength grouts.
University of Tennessee Hospital Slab Strengthening

Delta completed the design build installation of a carbon fiber composite system. The design and installation required the strengthening of the slab to carry the new dead loads from the expansion of hospital services on the floor above. Delta performed the work within an existing pharmacy space that was shutdown at nights to complete the application.
Baylor Russell Gymnasium Texas

Delta completed the removal of deteriorated concrete on the underside of the existing Russell Gymnasium slab. Completion of removal of spalled concrete followed by abrasive cleaning of existing reinforcement. Epoxy corrosion inhibitors were applied to the bar to prevent future migration of corrosion.
Wells Fargo Parking Garage El Paso Texas

Delta completed concrete repairs to structural members throughout the garage. Removal of spalling deck and pour back. Completed shot blasting of deck surface followed by an application of a traffic coating system. Carbon Fiber composite systems was installed in various locations throughout the garage to supplement steel reinforcement that was corroded extensively.
Allen Stadium Retrofit Texas

Delta completed the strengthening of beams and joist using a combination of FRP composite systems and near surface mounted bar applications. All retrofits were coated with a compatible fire proofing system.
Sandia National Laboratories New Mexico

Delta completed the crack injection and an application of a carbon fiber strengthening system to an existing shield wall within one of the testing facilities at Sandia. Replacement of the wall could’t be completed within the available construction schedule and budget. The provided value engineering using CFRP allowed the strengthening of the wall to be more cost effective and well within a more reasonable project duration.
LSU University Medical Center Louisiana

The piping hangers to be installed within a utility building at the LSU UMC Campus were to heavy for the existing structure to handle the new loads. A carbon fiber strengthening system was designed by Delta and installed to the bottom of the second floor slab to externally reinforce for the required loads. Delta’s crew was able to install the CFRP and spray apply the required cement based fire protection mortar in one week keeping the project schedule on time.
Anniston Army Depot Bridge Strengthening and Repair Alabama

Structural concrete repairs at all 32 girder and bearing locations. An application of a single layer/ply of carbon fiber reinforced polymer strengthening system at all locations. Additional carbon fiber reinforcement applied to specified haunch locations after repair mortars were applied.

Structural Repair to exterior concrete column locations. Epoxy crack injection, removal of spalled concrete from columns, formed and poured back with a high strength concrete with a migrating corrosion inhibitor. Finished repair locations with a protective coating.

Structural rehabilitation of wooden trusses within the roof supports. Repairs included epoxy injection of cracks within the structural members and an application of glass fiber reinforced polymers developed the length of the injected cracks.
